Delivery and returns
The price you see is the price you pay, including tax and, for the United Arab Emirates, duty. Delivery charges and dates are shown before you confirm, and never added afterwards.

Where we deliver
At launch, to addresses in the United Kingdom and the United Arab Emirates. Other countries follow as the Maison opens them. If you live elsewhere, the concierge can tell you when.
Charges and times
- Le Cercle members: delivery is complimentary on every order.
- Everyone else: the delivery charge for your address is shown in the bag and at checkout before payment. There are no surcharges on arrival; for the United Arab Emirates the price shown includes customs duty and VAT.
- Delivery windows are shown as a date range at checkout and confirmed by email with tracking when your order leaves.
- Gifts may be scheduled for a chosen date through the gifting service, wrapped, with a handwritten note. The gift receipt shows no price.
Returns
Standard goods may be returned within 14 days of delivery, unused and in their original sealed packaging, for a full refund. Because the rituals are cosmetic products, a bottle whose seal has been broken cannot be returned unless it is faulty. Bespoke and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned once production has begun, as the terms of sale explain before you commission.
To return, write to the concierge with your order number. We send a prepaid label for faulty goods; for change-of-mind returns the return carriage is shown to you before you send, and the refund is made within 14 days of our receiving the goods.
Faulty or damaged
Tell the concierge within a reasonable time, with a photograph if you can. We replace or refund at your choice and pay return carriage. Your statutory rights in the United Kingdom under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and in the United Arab Emirates under Federal Law No. 15 of 2020 are unaffected.
Packaging
Orders arrive in the Maison's ivory and gold packaging, designed to be kept. Refill pouches for the rituals follow in the second release so the bottles need never be thrown away.
