Accessibility statement
Luxury that excludes is not luxury. This website is built to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines 2.2 at level AA, and we would like to hear from you if anything falls short.

What we have done
- Every page can be used with a keyboard alone, with a visible focus indicator and a skip-to-content link.
- Text and controls meet the AA contrast ratio. Gold is used for decoration and large display type only, never for small text on light grounds.
- Every meaningful image has a text alternative; decorative images are hidden from assistive technology.
- Body text is at least 16 pixels, scales with your browser settings, and runs in short measures with generous line height.
- Motion is slow and slight, and is switched off entirely when your device asks for reduced motion. Nothing autoplays with sound.
- Forms have visible labels, clear error messages announced to screen readers, and no time limits.
- Headings, landmarks and lists are used so the structure of each page is available to assistive technology.
- The site works at phone width without horizontal scrolling and at 400% zoom.
How we test
Pages are checked against WCAG 2.2 AA with automated tools and by hand with keyboard-only navigation and a screen reader before publication, and again whenever a page changes substantially. A third-party audit is planned before the first release in spring 2027.
Known limitations
- The Arabic edition is in preparation; until it opens, the site is available in English only.
- Product films, when added, will carry captions and a transcript; none are published yet.
- The payment step, when live, is provided by a third-party processor whose accessibility we will assess and report here.
