Le Cercle is the Maison's private client club: recurring privilege in place of discounts, a person who knows your companion by name, and the first word on everything the Maison makes. It is as easy to leave as it is to join.

The salon
A salon, not a shop.
Le Cercle meets in rooms rather than aisles: a fitting in a London drawing room, a preview on a Dubai terrace, a box that arrives with a handwritten card. Your companion is known by name, breed and temperament before anyone asks what you would like.
Events and salons are announced to members first. Venues are named only once confirmed. Editorial imagery is digitally created artwork.
How it works

Join
Choose a circle and a billing period, add your companion's profile and address, and pay. Before you confirm you see the price, how often it renews and exactly how to cancel.
Manage
Upgrade, downgrade, pause, change your box date or update your companion's profile in your account, at any time, without calling anyone.
Be reminded
Before every renewal you receive a reminder stating the price and how to cancel. No renewal is silent.
Leave
Cancel online, in your account, in no more steps than joining took, with confirmation by email. At most one polite offer to stay, and never a second.
Le Cercle is built to the United Kingdom's subscription contracts regime under the Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024, in force from January 2027, and to UAE consumer protection law. Membership terms.
Founding places
Be among the first circle.
Founding members receive the founding price for as long as they stay, the first seasonal box, and an invitation to the opening events in London and Dubai. Nothing is charged now; you will be shown the full terms and price before anything is.

What is Le Cercle?
Le Cercle is the private client club of Maison Royal & Paw. Members pay a monthly or annual fee and receive privileges in place of discounts: early access, complimentary delivery, a seasonal Rituals box, a named stylist at the Privé level, and a dedicated concierge and private events at Cercle Royal.
How much does it cost?
The founding prices for Membre and Privé are confirmed to the founding list before the circle opens, and shown in full, in GBP and AED including tax, before you join. Cercle Royal is annual and by invitation.
How do I cancel?
Online, in your account, in no more steps than it took to join. You receive confirmation by email. There is no telephone call to make and no retention maze.
Will I be reminded before renewal?
Yes. Before every renewal you receive a reminder stating the price and how to cancel.
Why no discounts?
The Maison does not run sales, discount codes or percentage offers. Value is expressed through craft, material, scarcity and service, and member privileges are how the Maison thanks the people closest to it.
