Cookie notice
The site sets nothing that is not strictly necessary until you choose, and offers Accept and Reject as equals. Here is the complete list.

How the choice works
The banner offers Accept all and Reject all as equals, and a Preferences panel where each category can be switched on or off separately. Nothing optional is set until you choose. Your choice is kept for twelve months and then asked again, and it is asked again sooner if this notice changes in a way that matters. The site cannot run any optional script before you choose: its security policy forbids scripts that are not already part of the page, and the optional ones are switched on only after consent.
What is set without asking
Only items the site needs to work, which the law exempts from consent. They are stored in your browser's local storage, not sent to any server, and never used to identify you.

What is set only if you accept
Measurement. Counting visits and which pages are read, to understand whether the site works well on your device. It is not switched on at launch, and accepting it today sets nothing additional. When a service is chosen it will be one configured without advertising features or cross-site tracking, and this table will name it, its cookies and their lifetimes before it runs. If you switch measurement off after it has run, the change takes effect on the next page you open.
What is never set
Advertising cookies, social media tracking pixels and cross-site identifiers. Payment pages are provided by our payment processor, whose own notice applies to the cookies it needs to prevent fraud.
Forms
When you send a form, the details you typed travel to the Maison's own form service and nothing is stored in your browser. The privacy notice explains what happens to them.
Changing your mind
Choose Preferences at the foot of any page to open the panel again and change your choice. You may also clear the site's data in your browser settings.
The law
In the United Kingdom this notice reflects the Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations and UK GDPR. In the United Arab Emirates it reflects the Personal Data Protection Law. The privacy notice explains how any data collected is used.
