A bespoke commission begins with a conversation about how your companion lives, moves and rests. It ends with a piece that fits them alone, presented in person or delivered by hand.
The process
Four steps, at your pace.
Consultation
In London, in Dubai or by video. We talk about your companion's breed, coat, age, habits and the life the piece will lead. You see materials and finishes; nothing is decided yet.
Measurement
A stylist measures your companion, or guides you through it by video, and records the measurements in a saved pet profile so every future piece begins from them.
Creation
The piece is cut and finished by hand. You receive a confirmed lead time before work begins, and a note when the piece is on the bench.
Presentation
Presented at a fitting in London or Dubai, or delivered by hand with a care card. Adjustments after the first week of wear are part of the commission.

What to expect before you commit.
Luxury is certainty. Every figure here is confirmed in writing before a commission begins, and never changes afterwards.
- Lead time
- Stated for your piece at consultation, in weeks, and confirmed before any deposit.
- Deposit
- A deposit is taken when work begins, as a stated share of the confirmed total price. The balance is due before presentation.
- Price
- The total price, including tax and delivery, is shown before you agree. Nothing is added later.
- Cancellation
- Until cutting begins, a commission may be cancelled in full. Because a bespoke piece is made for one animal, the 14-day distance-selling cancellation right does not apply once work has started; we tell you the date this begins.
- Adjustments
- Fit adjustments in the first week of wear are included.
- Locations
- London and Dubai, by appointment, at a private address agreed with you; or by video call.
